What is a SAFELIST - SAFE EMAIL MARKETING
Your Traffic Crush is a "safe" list.
This means that when you sign up to join our program you must confirm your email address.
This makes our program a DOUBLE OPTIN Safelist.
You AGREE when you join to receive emails from other members of Your Traffic Rush in order to send your emails out.
Our Opt-In Safelist is a list where you
sign in and email directly from your browser using our mail server!
The Mail is sent out immediately and your email address
in never seen by other members.
This gives you 100% safety and comfort.
LIST RULES
We have very few rules, however they will be enforced.
We will not tolerate anyone abusing our lists or listmembers in any way, shape or form.
Follow the rules and all will be well.
They are straightforward and easy to understand.
There will be no exceptions and this is your only warning on these matters.
We are all adults and can follow a few simple rules.
AUTORESPONDERS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
Anyone using an autoresponder will have their account terminated.
NO Second chances, this is your ONLY warning on this matter.
This is to keep the list responsive and clean.
This includes any autoresponder domains (Getresponse,freeautobot,sendfree,smartreply etc).
NO DISHONEST SUBJECT LINES.
Do NOT put ADMIN in your email subject line.
Honest marketing will get you far.. misleading the other members will get you no where.
Your subject ad MUST relate to your email ad. Do not trick members into opening your ad.
Most times when you do trick them they will just delete your email anyways.
NO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS - One account per person.
If your mail bounces then your account will be temporarily suspended until you provide an account that mail can be delivered to. Please keep your inboxes clean.
NO begging/pandhandling emails allowed.
We like to think of Your Traffic Rush as a business list for our members and advertisers, with this in mind, we respectfully ask that members do not send out "begging/panhandling" emails.
We do not know of your personal circumstances, nor can we or will we ask you to verify your personal situations.
This will be enforced to protect our members and our safelist.
NO FALSIFYING OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION.
You must use Your own name, email addresses and any other info we may ask for the setup of your account.
You can not sign up as someone else with the intent of causing damage, fraud or misrepresentation.
This includes using email addresses that you may not own or with the intent of causing damage by creating email forwards to another email address you do not own.
This is Fraud And Misrepresentation and will be PURSUED AND PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE SOLO ADVERTISEMENTS.
These solo advertisements will be sent by Your Traffic Rush Admin to your contact email address.
When signing up for our list, you AGREE to receive these advertisements.
You can not report these solo emails from Your Traffic Rush as spam, as you are AGREEING to receive this with your said membership to Your Traffic Rush.
If you do decide to take this action, full action will be taken by Race4Treasure and Your Traffic Rush.info.
SPAM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
Anyone found spamming will have their account terminated and they will loose all rights to rejoin.
You will also be held responsible for any costs incurred by us.
NO PROMOTION OF CHAIN LETTERS and/OR GIFTING CLUBS ADVERTISEMENTS.
Pyramid schemes, gifting programs and chain letters are illegal in the United States and many other countries.
Anyone found sending these types of emails will have their account terminated by us.
Please DO NOT respond to another members' ad with your own ad.
Only respond if you are truly interested in what THEY are offering and you desire more information.
Responding to an ad with an ad is the height of rudeness and whether you believe it or not, it is spam.
They are already receiving your ads on the list. Follow this rule or lose your membership.
NO PORNOGRAPHY, GAMBLING, ADULT Biz Opps (OF ANY KIND), RACIST or HATE mail
NO SENDING of DUPLICATE Ads and subject lines in a 24 hour period
Any member attempting to harass, threaten or send any harmful messages to anyone within any of our groups will have their membership terminated immediately.
You may remove yourself at any time from further mailings through the provided instructions found in each mailing.
We resepect your privacy. Your email address and personal information will never be sold, rented, traded, or shared with anyone..
By signing up for Your Traffic Rush you AGREE to these rules as stated.
If you FAIL to comply with them, your account will be REMOVED
and your IP blocked from joining again.
